feat(core): add SPC h g/G to run helpgrep asynchronously 
Problem: `:helpgrep` is too slow, there is no key binding for
         asynchronously helpgrep.
Solution: - Add `SPC h g` to run helpgrep asynchronously.
          - Add `SPC h G` to run helpgrep with cursor word
            asynchronously
